Ingredients
- 1 (15.5 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 green pepper, chopped (or 1 stalk celery)
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (or mayo)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium size mixing bowl combine chickpeas, garlic, curry powder, green pepper, onion, yogurt, lemon juice, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.
